Welcome!
PFLAG Southwest Washington hosts monthly support meetings for friends and family of LGBTQ+ people. Our meetings are open to adults (18+) who are LGBTQ+ and their friends, loved ones, and allies. Our meetings usually last about one and a half hours. Most meetings include an educational presentation or guest speaker folowed by a support session. Meeting discussions are always confidential.

All individual support meetings will be held virtually until further notice.
Individual Support
Even though our monthly meetings are very confidential and informal, you might not feel comfortable meeting with a group. Perhaps our regular meeting dates conflict with your schedule, or your situation is urgent and you cannot wait until the next meeting to receive support. If that's the case, PFLAG Southwest Washington can have one or more of its members meet with you for coffee to talk about any questions or concerns that you have regarding a lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender family member or friend.
